Your classic crock pot beef roast recipe. We slow cooked ours in the crock pot with some veggies for 6 hours and our beef roast came out juicy and tender, it just fell a part...just the way we like it! This is a great slow cooker recipe to use during the week! Just toss everything together in the morning and when you get home from work, dinner is done!

1 clove garlic, minced
4 beef bouillon cubes
2 tsp. beef steak seasoning spice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
