Get in the Patriotic Spirit: The Red, White, and Blueberry
This 4th of July, toast our Founding Fathers with the Red, White, and Blueberry: a quick prep cocktail popping with sweet cherries, ripe blueberries, and a splash of tart lime.
Create fireworks of flavor in your own kitchen with Purity Vodka and iSi’s N2O Cocktail Concept, which pressurizes the cocktail components to create an instant flavor infusion. The new technique rapidly infuses the ultra-premium vodka with the zest of a handful of fresh blueberries, accentuating the vodka’s complexities rather than masking them. The instructions are simple, and the result is sure to impress your guests and taste buds alike.
What’s more: The Red, White, and Blueberry is good to the last drop, as the edible garnish itself consists of the now-vodka-infused blueberries you used to flavor the cocktail!
The Red, White, and Blueberry Cocktail Drink Recipe
3 oz Purity Vodka
1 handful of blueberries
.375 oz fresh lime juice
3 bar spoons cherry syrup
Measure out 3 ounces of Purity Vodka into the N2O-loaded iSi canister, throw in a small handful of blueberries, tighten lid, and agitate for 30 seconds. Open canister slowly to release the pressure before combining with other ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake until ice cold. Double strain mixed ingredients into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime zest-wrapped skewer of Purity Vodka-infused blueberries.
