Roasted Red Pepper Appetizer Dip Recipe
1 cup roasted red bell peppers, chopped
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. ground paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions: In a blender container, combine together the chopped roasted red bell peppers, minced garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, ground paprika, salt and ground black pepper. Pulse 4 to 5 times. Pour mixture into a bowl, place lid on top. Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours to allow flavors to infuse. Serve chilled and keep in an airtight container in the refrig
