Today I am sharing with all of you my review on the delicious Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes which are shipped to you frozen. When you prepare them, you want to take them out of the freezer and bake from frozen, just like the instructions state on the box.

Brush each of the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes with melted butter and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Don't over bake!!! Ours baked up beautifully as you can see in the above photograph. While they were baking, we prepared our side dishes and dinner was on the table in less than 30 minutes. Great for quick weeknight meals.

When they say "Jumbo Lump" they are not kidding! There is a ton of crab meat in these crab cakes! They are not mostly "fillers" like the junk you buy at your local grocery store. These are top-notch, restaurant quality crab cakes! They were absolutely delicious and definitely THE BEST crab cakes we have ever made at home! Seriously, just as good as those (if not better) than the ones you get at a fine seafood restaurant! Delicious!!!
