I love blueberry pies. I especially like this recipe because it calls for frozen blueberries when most recipes call for fresh. Getting enough fresh blueberries in Hawaii to make a pie can be very expensive!

MAIN ENTRY - better late than never. I want to try your stuffed pepper recipe. It looks a lot like I remember stuffed peppers being, although I'd probably put more tomato sauce around them. Then, I'll try your lasagna. I love not having to cook the noodles first!! I would love to try the honey apple chicken, but I have an adult daughter who simply won't eat any meat that is sweet, so I'll have to save that idea for when it's just me, myself and I.
